This work is like learning a new language. One lesson just won’t make you fluent. The deeper shifts we work toward (in your body, mind, and business) need time and practice to unfold.

One session might feel good in the moment, but lasting growth comes from working through the layers: regulating your nervous system, reprogramming old patterns, and building new habits that actually stick.

That’s why I work with committed clients who are ready to create real, lasting change.  

You’ll need about 1–1.5 hours a week for our sessions and integration work.

Beyond that, I’ll give you simple, targeted practices that fit into your day — not add to your overwhelm. At the start, you’ll invest a bit more time as we reset your systems and clear the mental clutter. But very quickly, you’ll notice: the time you invest now creates more clarity, more ease, and more freedom in your life and business long-term.

All coaching sessions are held online via video call. This has the benefit that you can do the sessions from the safety of your own home and won't have to travel anywehere. In addition, this gives us the flexibility to stay consistent with the sessions no matter where life takes us.

My approach combines formal training in Therapeutic Art, Life Coaching, and Business Systems with lived experience as a two-time founder and entrepreneur.

I know firsthand what it means to rebuild a business and a life after burnout and I bring both deep expertise and real-world understanding to this work.

My background includes:

  • Certified Professional Life Coach (Transformation Academy)
  • Master’s Degree in Business Engineering (where my love for systems began)
  • Co-founder of a digital health startup improving patient well-being (scientifically proven results)
  • Author and co-author of 5 scientific publications
  • Facilitator of over 600+ transformations (as of end 2024)

This blend of therapeutic, strategic, and entrepreneurial experience allows me to guide you in a way that's both deeply healing and highly practical.

We meet once a week for a 60-minute private session (sometimes a little longer if needed, at no extra charge).

Each session is tailored to what you need most that week: We might work with somatic tools, breathwork, and therapeutic art to reprogram subconscious patterns and shift your body out of survival mode. We might also work strategically, for example by refining business systems and structures that support your new alignment.

Between sessions, I’ll share simple, practical tools and exercises so you can keep building momentum without overwhelm.

Every person’s journey is different. Some shifts can happen as early as the first session, especially around clarity, emotional relief, or new insights.

That said, the deeper, lasting breakthroughs usually start to unfold around the 6-week mark, once your nervous system begins to reset and new patterns start to integrate.

This is a process designed for real, sustainable change, not just a quick high.
